R.A.G.E. 86
R.A.G.E. The Hi End Wing for experienced skydivers. With the R.A.G.E., the Paratec engineers have created a new generation Ram Air Wing in the literal way. Not only they have achieved an aircraft like nose, but also stabilized the pressure point and managed to control the air spill on the nose. The R.A.G.E. concept is beneficial to all aspects of ram air parachute flight. From opening to landing.
The openings are very smooth and almost 100% on heading. Once inflated, you will experience the high airspeed of the R.A.G.E., generated by it´s thin airfoil. The most significant feature is the riser pressure – light to start with no tendency of pressure increase. This give a steering tool which enables you to literally fly the canopy during a dive. You can alter the dive angle at any time to optimize the speed, proximity to the target, turn radius and diving arc. During all turns, whether initiated through toggle input or front riser, the canopy will very dynamically increase it´s speed and keep you in it´s centre of gravity. This enhances the overall ability of the R.A.G.E. to dive at enormous speed combined with a ideal parable which converts into a long swoop.
Technical Information: Traditional 9 cell design, double trapeze shape, 9 Cells, ZP fabric, collapsible Slider. Suspension Lines: Vectran 1000, steering lines Vectran 1500.
